Six of Swords

The Six of Swords presents a woman and her young child riding a donkey down a barren road. A basket of swords hangs from the donkey, representing material objects that unnecessarily weigh her down on this journey. She comforts her child as he nuzzles close to her.

On the woman’s right is a tranquil and bountiful garden, tempting distract her from her journey. On her left-hand side a storm brews on the horizon. She knows that as long as she doesn’t stray from her path, she will ultimately reach her destination safely.
